Terms and Conditions 2026:

• Please allow 30 mins for whole experience to include information gathering before meeting Father Christmas.
• All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• The cabin is operated and managed by Maurice Mandry Ltd at Ottershaw Christmas Tree Farm, running from 27^th Nov 2026 to 18^th Dec 2026 at specified times only which are subject to change.
• We reserve the right to change or cancel the grotto without notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, illness, or safety concerns.
• A weekday Father Christmas visit may be subject to availability, depending on demand. Weekends are prebookable in advance, but will will accomodate any walk ins where we can

• We reserve the right to limit entry during peak times or close the queue early to avoid disappointment. You may return on another day in this case.

• Any abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the site.

• A small gift or treat may be given to each child. We cannot guarantee allergy-free items, so please check before opening. Gifts are provided at our discretion and are non-exchangeable.

• Attendees participate at their own risk. Maurice Mandry Ltd accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury during the visit.
